By booking an appointment with Lancaster’s Luxe Lashes, you agree to the following policies:

Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within policy guidelines.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% service charge.

  • Cancellations made the day before may be charged up to 50% of the service.

Rescheduling is only permitted within the same calendar week. Rescheduling outside of that timeframe is considered a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled due to insufficient time remaining. This is to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients.

No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service and may result in being banned from future bookings.

Satisfaction & Payments
By completing your service and submitting payment, you acknowledge satisfaction with the service provided. Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after services have been rendered may be considered a violation of these terms.

Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment-related communications including confirmations, reminders, and updates via text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Lancaster’s Luxe Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies.
