What are your booking policies?
Please make sure to book your appointments at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. You must be on time for your appointments or it may be subject to cancellation; usually if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you cannot make your appointment as booked, please contact us immediately. Typically we have a full calendar each day and a waiting list. If you are not able to make your appointment, someone else could, so please respect your estheticians time, calendar and other clients.

What is the deposit policy?
Deposits of $25 are due at the time of booking. Your deposit is applied to your balance and your balance is due at the end of your appointment. We encourage you to pay for your balance and tip in cash.
Your deposit is only refundable, if you cancel your appointment prior to 48 hours of your appointment. If you cancel or need to reschedule within 48 hours you will loose your deposit and be subject to cancellation fees upto 50% of the cost of your appointment. Communication is key. We do not enjoy charging for missed appointments, please communicate as soon as possible to possibly avoid this.

If you fail to arrive on time your appointment may be canceled. If we cannot perform your service within the time alloted, your appointment will be cancelled and you may also be banned from making future appointments, we have a full calendar each day, and your tardiness is disrespectful to the other clients who show up on time, we need to keep all clients happy.
Something went wrong, can I get a refund?
It Is Your Responsibility To Express Your Discontentment With The Services Acquired Before Leaving Your Appointment. Once You Depart From The Studio, Your Sale Is Final And You Will Not Receive A Refund.
If you are having issues within 48 hours of your extension appointment, please contact us immediately. You must be able to get back into the salon before 72 hours of your appointment or you will be considered a fill. We will not fix any lashes after 72 hours. We average 5-6 extension appointments a day, if the problem is us, we would see it across all clients. If you are the only one having issues, we will assume this is behavior related and it will not be a free fix.
If its one eye, this is a sleeping issue and you are not using a sleeping mask that is included in your after-care kit and will not be fixed for free..
Do you take credit cards?
Cash is always preferred for your balance and your tip, but we also accept credit and debit cards as forms of payment. We do not carry cash to make change.
You are required to pay with a card when you book your appointment and your mandatory $25 deposit must be paid with a card, You can also prepay for your balance and pay a tip through your email receipt, link at the bottom.
How long will my lashes last?
The life of your set will depend on the your lifestyle and how well you take care of your lashes, how fast they naturally grow and how much makeup and oil you use. On average, our customers have found that their sets last 2-3 weeks, however, on occasions they have lasted up to 4 weeks. We are not responsible for any lash loss after you leave our premises, but having said that, if you have a significant amount of lash loss on days 1-3. please contact us to assess. We typically cover anything in the first few days.
I missed my appointment, now what?
48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. If you have not given us proper notice and you are a no call no show, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your missed appointment. Please contact us immediately if you have missed your appointment. Missed appointments are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Remember, your deposit is non-refundable. We secure your spot and make sure the time is allotted for your service. While you may not be at your appointment, your Esthetician will be. You may also be banned from making future appointments.
Will you work on lashes done by a different technician?
NO. Since new clients were coming with no lashes left or unsatisfactory work and we've had to cancel so many appointments and lost so much money and time on those cancelled appointments, we no longer take foreign fills. You can schedule a full set and a removal so we can start fresh.
Do You Microblade?
NO. WE DO NOT DO MICROBLADING! In the state of Pennsylvania it is against the law to have Microblading and COSMETOLOGY/ESTHETICIAN services in the same building. Therefore you must find a tattoo studio to Microblade you. Etheticians are forbidden from providing these services in our state! Can I bring my kids or a guest to the appointment?
No guests are allowed at any time. Friends, significant others, parents, boyfriends etc. the studio is just not big enough and coronavirus and other viruses have created an environment where we need to keep things safer for our clients, Please make the necessary arrangements for your children. Furthermore, our studio is not safe for children, with hazardous objects around and fumes that may be toxic for your children to inhale. We appreciate your understanding.
